WORLDWIDE FREE SHIPPING BY China Post Air Mail or ePacket.if exceed 2KG ,We will send DHL ,Fedex,EMS,TNT.

We are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax.

We will send the goods within 3-5 working days after the full payment has been confirmed. If the payment is not available, your order will be closed automatically.

Russian customers must give us the receiver's full name.

If you haven't got it within the shipping time, please contact us without hesitation. We will extend receiving time and check it for you with the post office and customs. Because sometimes it will be delayed for traffic or flight jams. Please do not open dispute to us, we will take responsibility to resend or refund for any lost item.

To protect your interest, please check your shipping addresses carefully when placing an order. We will not be responsible for item loss due to wrong or unknown address.

Delivery status is based on tracking information provided by postal office/courier. You could also track your package's shipping information on 17track.net

Please note that we are not responsible for any import tax that may incur.

Please understand that shipping loss, though rather seldom, is part of online trading, please be understandable when something beyond anyone's control affects delivery time (such as natural disasters).

Return/Refund/Replace

We are happy to accept return/refund/replacement within 7 days after the product is received under the following conditions. Or else, the return/refund/replacement could not be issued.

You are not satisfied with the product.

The product you received is defective.

You received the wrong product.

The product didn't arrive after the promised time.

The product is not the same as described.

Please note, the shipment cost will be jointly assumed by both sides. But if a product is defective or does not function properly, we will bear all the shipment cost.
